The Mission of the Upper St. Clair Republican Committee is:

to help elect qualified Republican candidates to all levels of federal, state and local office.
to help in efforts toward voter registration and getting out the Republican vote.
to assist in articulating the Republican message to the general public.
to help inform Upper St. Clair citizens on political and governmental matters through the publication of the "USC Republican Newsletter."
to assist in raising money for Republican Committee causes.
to provide an opportunity for residents of Upper St. Clair who are not members of the Republican Committee to participate in Republican political activity.
to provide an opportunity for social contact among Republicans in Upper St. Clair.

USC Republican Committee Members are elected by the Republicans in each district in the May primary election of Presidential election years.
